Description: Multiclass classification of brain tumor MRI scans into four categories with baseline CNN model and a transfer learning approach using MobileNetV2. The workflow includes data preprocessing, model training, evaluation (accuracy, loss, and confusion matrix), and visual explainability using Grad-CAM. 
  • Light-Guided GABAergic Modulation Using UPCNs
Description: Individual contribution to a group-based bioengineering course project. This project presents a theoretical model based on literature and conceptual integration in the field of biophotonics and neurotechnology.
